- The Fresh Media Awards are open to both Agencies and Media Sales Organisations outside of London
- All work entered should be based on a period between 5 April 2007, and 4 September 2008 the closing date
- All entries will be treated with care and confidentiality and at no time will any details within submissions be revealed to third- parties without prior consent
- The same entry can appear in a maximum of three categories
- Each individual entry will be charged at £95 + vat
- The Judges decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into
- We are unable to return any entries or supporting material
- The Fresh Awards reserves the right to publish any information regarding winning entries on either its website or within the Book of Winners
- In order to enter Media Sales Team of the Year or Media Agency of the Year, you must also enter at least one additional entry into any other category excluding Young Professional (in order to give the judges an indication of specific campaign or project work)
- Each individual entry mousy be submitted in an A4 Box file including copies of the entry in addition to the information uploaded on the site
