ENTRY RULES
 
DEADLINE EXTENDED TO 24 JULY 2009

Please take a quick minute to read the rules!

• Entry is open to everyone – be they individuals or organisations in the United Kingdom and     Republic or Ireland, with the exception of all organisations based within the M25.

• All entries will be treated with care and confidentiality and at no time will any details within submissions be revealed to third- parties without prior consent

• The qualifying period for Media Entries is 11 April 2008 to 10 July 2009 the closing date.

• The qualifying period for Digital Entries is 26 September 2008 to 10 July 2009 the closing date.

• The deadline is the deadline. You can plead and beg but it won’t make any difference this year and bribes won’t work either!

• By entering you are declaring that your work has been published, transmitted, displayed etc during the qualifying period If any entry falls outside of this period, or fails to be verified upon request, it will be automatically disqualified without refund

• All entries must comply with the British codes of Advertising & Sales Promotion as detailed by the ASA. Any entry with an upheld complaint against it will be disqualified without a refund

• No more than three examples of any one execution can be submitted to Fresh, and each submission will be treated as a separate entry requiring separate payment

• Where requested, you will need to supply discs or actual examples of work.

• If you are entering a Team of the Year Award category then you must have entered at least one other category excluding the Young Professional section.

• Upon submission of all entries, you will receive a summary detailing your entries and an invoice/receipt. You can pay online using our secure payment option or send a cheque to Fresh with a copy of your entry summary which is emailed to you on competition of entry.

• Each entry either individual or campaign will be charged at £50+vat

• All entries into the Fresh Awards 2009 must be paid for by Friday 31 July latest. If you have entered but failed to pay by this date you work will not be put forward for judging. For the payment options please log into your account or see the How to Enter section.

• The judge’s will have the right to move entries between categories if they feel that an entry has been submitted into an inappropriate category

• No correspondence will be entered into following the judging

• No entries will be returned.
